She is a panel judge for the IWC and judges for the Decanter World Wine Awards; she is also a regular contributor to Decanter tasting panels. She is a member of the Circle of Wine Writers and in the past has assisted in editing the Hachette Wine Guide.
Susan has taught WSET courses for many years, has lectured at Diploma level and been a Diploma examiner.
Since 2007 she has been on the Institute of Masters of Wine Events Committee.
