In-house training, using your own wine lists, can help provide a better service for your clients or guests.
As well as being educational, wine tasting is also great fun. Why not organise a tasting evening for your friends or colleagues?
This course is recommended for those who wish to expand their knowledge and enjoyment of wines, spirits and beers. Each week we will cover a major wine-producing country or region and taste a minimum of 6 wines. You will learn how to taste wine, and write tasting notes. At the end there will be the opportunity to gain a trade-recognised qualification.

The Advanced Course assumes a basic knowledge of tasting techniques and major wine styles. It provides a detailed study of the major wine producing countries and regions and is an intensive course requiring some home study.
